These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, hosted agreement pages, consent capture tools, APIs, and related services provided by 99zebras (“99zebras,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using 99zebras, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
99zebras is a compliance and evidence platform for court-ready clickwrap consent records. The service helps businesses record, verify, maintain, and export evidence of acceptance for legal terms, privacy policies, contractor agreements, EULAs, refund policies, consent forms, AI training consents, and similar agreements.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You may use 99zebras only if you have authority to bind the business or organization you represent. You are responsible for account access, user permissions, credentials, and all activity under your account.
3. Customer content and consent records
You are responsible for the agreements, policies, text, metadata, user identifiers, and other content you submit to 99zebras. You represent that you have the rights and legal basis needed to collect, submit, store, and process that content and related consent record information through the service.
99zebras provides tools for recording and exporting evidence. We do not provide legal advice, and we do not guarantee that any agreement, consent flow, evidence export, or record will be enforceable in every situation.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use 99zebras to:
- Violate law, regulation, third-party rights, or contractual obligations.
- Submit unlawful, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the service.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, authentication, or access restrictions.
- Use the service for prohibited or restricted business activities where payment processing or platform rules do not allow them.
5. Plans, payments, and billing
Paid plans, subscriptions, usage fees, or other charges will be described at checkout, in an order form, or in other written terms we provide. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges when due.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. By paying for 99zebras, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for applicable fees, renewals, taxes, and other amounts due.
6. Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You can request cancellation by contacting hello@99zebras.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund fees already paid.
Unless required by law or expressly stated in an order form, fees are non-refundable. If we provide a refund, it does not create a right to future refunds. For billing questions, failed payments, duplicate charges, or refund requests, contact hello@99zebras.com.

8. Intellectual property
We own 99zebras, including the software, design, trademarks, service marks, and related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your content, subject to the rights you grant us to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.
9. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public business, technical, product, or security information from the other. The receiving party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and may use it only to exercise rights or perform obligations under these Terms.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information. By using 99zebras, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
11. Service availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
12. Disclaimers
99zebras is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 99zebras will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid to us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that may be unlawful or harmful.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
