99zebras provides compliance and evidence tools that help businesses create, maintain, verify, and export records of agreement acceptance, including clickwrap consent records.

99zebras is a technical and evidentiary tool. We do not provide legal advice, and we do not guarantee that any agreement, policy, consent flow, record, export, or evidence package will be enforceable in every situation.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You may use 99zebras only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
If you create an account or use 99zebras for a business or organization, you are responsible for:
- ensuring you have authority to use the service on behalf of that business or organization;
- keeping account credentials secure;
- managing user access and permissions;
- all activity that occurs under your account;
- ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws and agreements.

3. Customer content and records
You are responsible for the agreements, policies, text, files, metadata, user identifiers, acceptance flows, and other content or data you submit to or process through 99zebras.
You confirm that you have all rights, permissions, notices, and legal bases needed to collect, submit, store, process, and use that content and related consent record information through 99zebras.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant 99zebras the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, verify, export, and otherwise use your content only as necessary to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the service.
4. Consent records and evidence
99zebras is designed to help create evidence of agreement acceptance. Depending on the features used, records may include agreement versions, acceptance timestamps, subject identifiers, IP addresses, user-agent information, content hashes, signatures, verification data, audit logs, export history, and related technical metadata.
You are responsible for deciding what information you collect, what agreements you present, how consent is requested, and how long records should be retained.
You acknowledge that legal outcomes can depend on many factors outside our control, including the wording of your agreements, your user interface, the surrounding transaction, applicable law, user identity, record completeness, and how the evidence is presented.
5. No legal advice
99zebras does not provide legal, regulatory, tax, or compliance advice.
Any templates, examples, documentation, suggestions, or technical features are provided for general informational and operational purposes only. You should obtain professional advice where appropriate before relying on any agreement, consent flow, policy, or record for legal or compliance purposes.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use 99zebras to:
- violate any law, regulation, third-party right, or contractual obligation;
- submit unlawful, misleading, deceptive, harmful, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent content;
- collect or process information without the required rights, notices, permissions, or legal basis;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or compromise the service;
- attempt to bypass security controls, usage limits, authentication, authorization, or access restrictions;
