One signed consent record — a subject confirming a specific agreement version at a specific moment. Re-renders, page loads, and verification fetches don't count. Per event, not per user.
Acceptances are never rejected. We absorb up to 20% overage automatically. Sustained overages move you up a plan at the next billing cycle, prorated.
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next cycle. Evidence already captured keeps the retention of the plan it was created under — or longer if you upgrade.
Always. Every record exports as a self-contained pack — rendered terms, content hash, timestamp, signature, and verification metadata. Public verification URLs stay live for the full retention window of the plan that created them.
